We strive to provide the highest level of customer service to our customers while also maintaining a high standard of care for our animal's lives. We kindly reserve the right to refuse sale if a fish is unhealthy, or for any other reason that may affect the wellbeing of the fish.
Please place your pre-order online by May 28th, 2024 to be able to receive the order by May 30th, 2024. Currently, we are receiving two deliveries from our supplier each month, one every other week.
